They're plastic, so you don't have to worry about them seizing on to the hub or wheel like metal rings can. 63.4mm inner bore is common for all 2012+ Focus and Fiesta models, and some other Ford cars. 73mm outer diameter is the most common aftermarket wheel bore size.
